Cancellation Policy
You may cancel your service order within 48 hours of the purchase without any penalty. If you choose to cancel your service within this time frame, AssetRace will provide a full refund.
Refund Policy
Within 48 Hours: If you cancel your service within 48 hours of the purchase, you are entitled to a full refund.
After 48 Hours: Due to the immediate allocation of resources and commencement of our services, we are unable to offer refunds after the first 48 hours post-purchase.
Return Policy
Given the nature of our services, returns are not applicable. Our services are customized and once rendered, cannot be returned.
Exceptions
The only exception to our refund policy is if AssetRace fails to begin the service delivery process within a reasonable time frame without a valid reason. In such cases, the client may be eligible for a full or partial refund.
Processing of Refunds
Eligible refunds will be processed to the original method of payment within a certain number of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.

If we make any changes to our services that materially reduce their value after you have made your purchase but before the service is delivered, you will be notified and given the option to continue with the service or to cancel with a full refund.
